I’m looking for part-time fractional or advisory engagements where I can strengthen architecture, technical strategy, engineering delivery, team growth, and developer productivity.

At Restaurant365, I lead and mentor engineers across multiple initiatives, partnering with Product and Design to deliver customer-focused features while improving delivery through process improvements and AI adoption.

Previously, I led the migration from AngularJS to React, established frontend architecture patterns, and built reusable component libraries that standardized UI patterns across teams. I also improved performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and render optimization.

I built the company’s unit and integration testing suites from scratch, growing coverage from 40% to 85% and reducing production bugs by 50%. I enjoy helping engineers grow, making sound technical decisions, and building high-performing teams with clear communication and ownership.
