What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Business Data Analyst role where I can automate risk and sales reporting, build Power BI dashboards, and partner with stakeholders on BRDs to deliver scalable analytics and faster decision cycles.

I’m a dedicated, results-driven Business Data Analyst with 1.5+ years of experience across financial services and edtech. I build SQL-driven reporting pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and workflow automation that support risk, wealth management, and sales analytics functions.

In financial services, I designed and built a KRI (Key Risk Indicator) reporting automation solution using a 5-screen Power Apps architecture integrated with SharePoint and Power Automate. I authored business requirement documents (BRDs) through iterative stakeholder review cycles to align technical design with risk and compliance reporting needs.

I also conduct advisor attrition analysis using a survey-based methodology, building retention segmentation and a risk-flagging framework to help leadership identify early attrition signals. For wealth management reporting, I built Power BI dashboards with DAX calculated columns for asset-tier segmentation and validated data extracted from Essbase/Smart View with legacy T-SQL ETL pipelines.

In edtech, I owned end-to-end offline sales analytics for multiple business verticals, building Trino/dbt SQL models using CTEs and window functions. I automated SQL + Python-based reporting pipelines (reducing manual reporting effort by 60%), orchestrated data ingestion to Iceberg via Airflow DAGs, and used funnel and cohort analysis to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion.
