I'm looking to lead end-to-end software programs where I can align cross-functional teams, improve delivery processes, manage risks, and deliver secure, compliant customer-facing solutions.

At Synchrony, I manage end-to-end delivery for 30+ customer-facing implementation projects in regulated financial environments, coordinating up to five concurrent projects while maintaining business, legal, and regulatory compliance.

I work across business, legal, engineering, design, QA, and security to align requirements, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver production-ready financial documents through SmartCOMM. I also improved Workfront workflows, identified automation opportunities, and earned 8 Synchrony Stars Awards for ownership, collaboration, and secure solution delivery.

Before Synchrony, I built user-facing modules for Entrata's large-scale property management platform, led Agile delivery activities, coordinated UAT and deployments, and improved application stability through production issue resolution and performance optimization.

My software engineering foundation spans PHP, React.js, JavaScript, MySQL, Laravel, Vue.js, and Oracle Database, with experience delivering custom eCommerce, HRMS, and client-specific software solutions.
