IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At Synechron, I engineer and support production-grade GCP platforms as part of an SRE team for HSBC. I work on availability, scalability, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
I manage GKE clusters and Kubernetes workloads, and work with services including Compute Engine, Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL, VPC, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Cloud Load Balancing. I use Terraform to provision and standardize infrastructure.
I contribute to AIOps initiatives involving Knowledge Graphs, Ontology, and Large Language Models to support intelligent operations and contextual understanding across platform data. I also develop automation with Ansible and Shell scripting, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Previously, at Accenture, I supported production operations and application reliability, including daily health checks across 700+ servers. As a Software Engineering Team Lead, I worked across DevOps, production engineering, application support, and release management.
