What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a program leadership role where I can drive compliance, coordination across functions, and strong monitoring and reporting—supporting humanitarian outcomes through clear documentation and effective stakeholder communication.

I’m a program manager and humanitarian professional with experience overseeing Marla Fund operations, supervising program officers, and ensuring documentation, reporting, and compliance run smoothly.

At Mercy Corps, I served as Marla Fund Deputy Program Manager and acted as Program Manager during absences. I coordinated closely with Procurement, Finance, Grants & Compliance (G&C), and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) to support effective program delivery and donor-aligned operations.

Previously, as Director of Assistance to civilian victims of war (Marla Fund Ruzicka Fund), I assessed community needs, implemented and monitored projects across communities, and managed project documentation—including monitoring and evaluation files, training materials, and reporting for closure.

Earlier roles strengthened my operational and information-management background, including working at the U.S. Agency for International Development as Director of Communication & Record Office, and supporting visa and administrative processes at the U.S. Embassy (Consular Section Assistant), including anti-fraud and clerical responsibilities.
