I'm currently leading Blumont's EUR 3.45M stabilisation and social cohesion programme in northeast Syria and a USD 26 million multi-donor camp management and coordination programme across Al Hol and Roj camps. I oversee multidisciplinary teams of approximately 370 staff, field operations, security, compliance, financial management, and coordination with government, UN, NGO, and diplomatic partners.
Previously, I led Peace Winds' USD 18 million BPRM-funded refugee programme across seven camps in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, reaching more than 20,000 beneficiaries. I oversaw shelter rehabilitation, accessibility improvements, camp management, and livelihoods initiatives, including vocational training for refugee women in technical and construction-related trades.
Across nearly 20 years with organizations including Free Yezidi Foundation and the International Republican Institute, I've managed humanitarian, governance, democracy, stabilization, and civic engagement portfolios exceeding USD 200 million. I bring practical experience building operational systems, strengthening accountability, navigating donor compliance, and adapting programmes to changing security, access, and community needs.
