I've built over seven years of experience in education, team leadership, planning, stakeholder communication, and process improvement across schools including Adam & Eve's Convent School, Millennium World School, Pearl Modern School, and Ghirass International School.

As a Teacher Head, I led teachers, allocated responsibilities, monitored performance, managed timetables, and coordinated school activities. I also managed classroom projects, academic planning, and communication with parents, teachers, management, international staff, and students.

I'm transitioning into product and project management through Coursera learning in AI and Google Project Management, bringing practical strengths in coordination, scheduling, documentation, risk awareness, and structured delivery.
