I’m a motivated Senior Data Analyst with a strong foundation in financial accounting, and I bring a detail-focused approach to research, document analysis, and data management. I’m eager to apply my data analyst and researcher skills and grow within a dynamic organization.

In my current role at Intelligent Image Management Pvt. Ltd., I perform remote data extraction, analysis, and management of land records, mortgage documents, and banking-related documents for First American Title (USA). I conduct property research and validation using APN (Assessor’s Parcel Number) and Tax ID to verify ownership, legal descriptions, tax status, and property details.

I review and analyze county records, title documents, deeds, mortgages, and liens with a high degree of accuracy. I ensure data quality, compliance, and timely delivery of processed information based on client requirements, and I collaborate with analytical teams to improve research efficiency and maintain productivity.

Earlier, I worked remotely as a Telecaller/Customer Service Representative with Greentech Infotech Pvt. Ltd., supporting UK-based energy providers including British Gas and TotalEnergies. I handled inbound and outbound calls, resolved customer inquiries around gas supply and energy accounts, documented interactions, and escalated complex cases to the appropriate support teams.
