I'm looking to grow through new nursing opportunities where I can collaborate with medical teams, adapt to patient needs, and provide compassionate care that supports optimal outcomes.

At Residential Home Health, I coordinate individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and work with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes. I also train new nursing staff on protocols and quality-care practices.
