What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute clinical perspective and human-centered design to digital health products and services that improve patient understanding, trust, access, and continuity of care.

I've provided direct patient care at SanMaré HealthCare Group, assessing, diagnosing, following up, and coordinating care in a high-demand clinical environment.

My clinical work taught me that healthcare experiences depend on trust, understanding, and knowing what to do next. I use clinical thinking, scientific evidence, empathy, and human-centered design to make complex health information clearer and more accessible.

Through MagMed Care, I conceptualized a patient-centered healthcare platform for women over 35 navigating metabolic, weight, and wellness changes. I developed research, personas, journey maps, information architecture, user flows, UX writing, a design system, and responsive experiences.

I've also redesigned a reimbursement document-upload flow, creating wireframes and an interactive prototype to reduce friction and improve process understanding. I'm focused on patient experience, digital health, healthcare UX, and health innovation.
