I've supported facility operations at Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants in Bengaluru, maintaining critical electrical, utility, and support systems for factory operations.

Previously, I spent 12 years with American Power Conversion, APC-MGE, and Schneider Electric ITB India, operating and maintaining diesel generators, transformers, UPS systems, air compressors, chillers, AHUs, VFDs, electrical panels, elevators, pumps, motors, and forklifts. I also managed preventive maintenance, calibration schedules, power-consumption records, annual budgets, vendor coordination, and ISO audit documentation.

My work includes coordinating warehouse and production extensions, installations, demolitions, and supplier service obligations while keeping EHS and OSHA requirements in view. I monitor humidity, temperature, fuel, water, inventory, CCTV, fire alarm, and fire hydrant support services.

I've been recognised for energy conservation, overall energy reduction, automated water-sensor and annunciator projects, repair-area standardisation, and Six Sigma work on neutral-earth values. I bring detailed analysis, quick learning, leadership, adaptability, and a practical focus on keeping facilities running safely and reliably.
