I seek hands-on MEP/electrical maintenance roles in facilities or malls where I can apply HVAC, power and electromechanical expertise, focus on preventive maintenance, safety, and long-term reliability within a team-oriented organization.

I am an experienced electrical maintenance professional with extensive hands-on work supporting malls, FMCG, warehouses and commercial buildings. I deliver reliable MEP and facility maintenance across electrical, power and HVAC systems.

I have led operations and preventive maintenance for HT/LT and MV panels, DG and UPS systems, chillers, AHUs, VFDs, fire alarm systems, lifts, escalators and travelators. I routinely work with IBMS, CCTV, DDC controls and pump systems to maintain uptime and safety.

Highlights include a long-term technical support role at a major shopping mall since 2012 and electromechanical work on Technopark projects involving high-capacity generators and chillers.
