What I'm looking for

I’m looking for Sports Nutritionist or Clinical Dietitian roles where I can counsel athletes and patients, apply evidence-based testing (VO₂max, lactate, body composition), and deliver performance, recovery, and sustainable nutrition adherence improvements.

I’m an MSc Sports Nutrition postgraduate (ICMR – National Institute of Nutrition) with practical exposure across sports performance nutrition, clinical nutrition support, athlete monitoring, and applied sports science. I bring a CGPA of 8.00 and hands-on experience translating testing data into actionable nutrition plans.

In my current role as a Freelance Sports & Clinical Nutrition Coach, I manage nutrition counselling and personalized diet planning for 10+ clients, including international-level volleyball athletes and athletes from Taekwondo, Athletics, Track & Field, and Cycling. I design individualized meal strategies for fat loss, muscle gain, performance enhancement, recovery, hydration, and medically informed dietary support.

Through internships, I’ve strengthened my athlete assessment and monitoring workflow—conducting dietary recall–based assessments, calculating energy and macronutrient needs, and supporting hydration, recovery nutrition, and competition preparation for training camps. I’ve also supported athlete monitoring using VO₂max testing, blood lactate analysis, and body composition assessment with InBody and anthropometric measurements.

I’m especially driven by evidence-based nutrition counselling and measurable outcomes—so I can help athletes and clients build sustainable adherence. I’m pursuing Sports Nutritionist and Clinical Dietitian opportunities in performance, healthcare, and applied nutrition settings where I can keep developing my skills in athlete education, clinical diet planning, and nutrition data documentation.
