I’m a Dedicated Software Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Manual and Functional Testing across Telecom and Energy domains. I validate complex workflows, ensure data integrity, and drive defect management through structured testing processes.

At Capgemini Technology, I designed and executed comprehensive test scenarios based on business requirements and functional specifications. I conducted E2E testing to verify UI behavior and backend data integrity, while logging and tracking defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps to reduce defect leakage.

I’m hands-on with STLC, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and UAT support, and I actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. I deliver test summary reports and stakeholder updates, identify gaps in requirements and coverage, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Through projects like T Mobile, CHS (Energy), and Comcast, I supported regression, sanity, smoke, SIT/UAT, go-live readiness, and traceability to improve stability and customer-focused outcomes.
