At M/s. Bhutan Professional Services, I currently oversee on-site execution, structural integrity, and architectural finishing for the JW Marriott Hotel Project in Thimphu, working to meet JW Marriott standards. I also managed site supervision and quality assurance for the DusitD2 Hotel Project from foundation through completion.
I directed turnkey execution of a luxury duplex using Light-Gauge Steel Framing technology, including structural assembly and plumbing system design. Through independent residential projects, I designed, supervised, and delivered residential infrastructure in line with safety guidelines, structural specifications, and local Bhutanese building codes.
