At Bhutan’s Department of Air Transport, I plan, design, install, test, and maintain CNS/ATM systems that support safe, efficient national air traffic operations. I troubleshoot communication, navigation, and surveillance infrastructure and develop maintenance standards and operating procedures.
I’ve led VHF repeater and DME installations, resolved ADS-B network failures, stabilized a remote communications site power supply, and contributed to Bhutan’s National Drone Strategy. My IEEE-published research on an LTE mini signal booster reflects my interest in applying emerging technology to complex infrastructure.
