I seek a senior QA role where I can lead cross‑functional teams, implement automation and AI testing, mentor testers, and improve quality processes.

I am a Software QA Test Lead with over eight years of experience delivering quality in Finance (Loans), Healthcare, and Media domains. I design and execute test strategies, lead distributed test teams, and drive both manual and AI‑based automation efforts to ensure risk‑free releases.

I have autonomously led test teams across India, the USA, and Argentina and performed project management activities including resource planning, test review, bug and test report generation, and test audit. I follow industry best practices and agile methodologies to continuously improve testing efficiency and product quality.

I collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to refine test coverage, conduct bug bash sessions, and facilitate UAT to surface usability issues and edge cases before release. I have also trained and mentored 30+ associates and participated in technical hiring.

My hands‑on experience includes creating and maintaining detailed test scenarios and cases, conducting regression and performance testing, and using tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, HP ALM, and Octoperf to validate features, security, and APIs throughout the SDLC.
