Madalein Van Wyk

I’m a friendly, reliable, and highly adaptable professional with experience in administration, reception, bookkeeping, VAT administration, sales, customer service, and office support. I’m fluent in English and Afrikaans and bring a detail-focused, dependable approach to every task.

In customer-facing and administrative roles, I’ve handled reception duties, data entry, and document preparation. I’m comfortable working with common office tools like Microsoft Office, and I’ve used Pastel for receptionist/administrator support.

I also bring strong sales and support experience, including time as a Sales Agent and Sales Representative/Bookkeeping Assistant. I enjoy helping others and staying responsive to customer needs through clear communication and organized follow-through.

I’m especially motivated to work remotely as a Virtual Assistant or in related administrative and customer-support roles. Outside of work, I apply my strengths in organisation, learning new skills, and creative problem-solving through interior design, home styling, and DIY projects.
