I’m a Junior Data Scientist and web developer using machine learning and streaming data to power decision-making.

What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Data Scientist role where I can deliver end-to-end data solutions—predictive modelling, streaming pipelines, and business intelligence—using reliable data engineering and strong ML evaluation to drive data-informed decisions.

I’m a Results-driven Data Science graduate from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), focused on turning data into action. I bring hands-on experience across machine learning, real-time data pipelines, and web development, with a strong bias toward end-to-end delivery.

In my Junior Data Scientist internship at 4G Capital (Fintech), I developed and deployed a machine learning model to predict customer churn and support proactive retention strategies. I built and maintained real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka to ingest USSD data and stream it to Google BigQuery for analytics, improving data quality and reducing data latency for downstream teams.

Alongside that, I led front-end and back-end web development as a Senior Web Developer at Ask In Sports Foundation, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions and maintain performance and accessibility. I enjoy building scalable systems, validating models with solid evaluation, and working in fast-paced fintech and social impact environments.
