Led company and product strategy, customer discovery, go-to-market, core UX, and hands-on engineering across multiple products, with current focus on Pewniutko. Owned end-to-end product delivery including UX, architecture, implementation, rollout, instrumentation, and iteration based on real usage.

Built product-heavy workflows for Laser AI, a platform for systematic and living literature reviews with traceability and repeatable outputs. Owned major React/TypeScript surfaces and full-stack changes using Hasura/GraphQL, including reports, templates, deduplication, organization workflows, and document exports.

Built an AI-native email client with thread summaries, urgency detection, semantic filtering, and privacy-first local preprocessing. Implemented OAuth-based sync and reply drafting features.

Shipped Swift/UIKit software for corporate banking apps used by thousands, and supported a later BNP Paribas rewrite aligned with a microservices-based backend. Maintained Ruby automation and contributed to QA and security-critical release workflows.

Led iOS product and backend development for an intermittent fasting and activity-tracking app. Supported fundraising, helping raise PLN 1.6M across two rounds.

Helped build language tooling and the IDE for a visual functional programming language across Rust, JavaScript, Scala, and Python. Delivered UI tooling and parsing/documentation components, then later returned to build a Discord-integrated internal work-tracking tool with CI/CD and automated Heroku deployments.

Activities and societies: Taught functional programming and graph-based data processing at AGH’s KERNEL Computer Science Club.

BEng in Applied Computer Science in Physics at AGH University of Krakow (2019–2024). Thesis focused on designing and implementing an end-to-end GNSS-based localization system.
