I also spearheaded user research and usability testing, using insights to raise engagement by 60% and drive major operational wins through admin dashboard redesigns. I bring the same design discipline to end-to-end e-commerce experiences (B2C, B2B, and admin) and to high-visibility creative direction as a Co-Design Lead, where I streamlined workflows and helped produce event materials that increased attendee engagement by 30%.
