I’m a friendly, dependable, and hardworking customer service professional with 5+ years of experience in fast-paced fast-food, customer service, and retail environments. I’m known for strong communication, excellent organization, and staying calm and accurate during high-volume shifts.

In my Fast Food Team Member roles, I took customer orders efficiently, prepared and packaged orders for dining and takeout, and supported opening/closing, restocking, and shift-change tasks. I maintained sanitation and food safety standards through regular cleaning, and I also handled customer questions, including allergen concerns.

Beyond service work, I’m very creative and self-driven—I run a crochet business, handle my own nails and beauty content, and stay consistent with social media marketing. I edit and promote content, and I use tools and apps like Canva, PicsArt, CapCut, and Microsoft Word/Teams/OneDrive/Outlook to design, set up websites and menus, and create promotion videos.

I aim to put myself in everyone’s shoes so my content and service catch attention and keep people engaged. I’m looking to move toward a stable, full-time role—especially customer service remote work, website designing, social media managing, or a hotel front desk/receptionist position.
