I started at Beesline as a Software Developer, maintaining legacy systems and contributing to requirements gathering and development of internal tools. I also supported the PLM system and administered Jira projects, workflows, and team training.
As an experienced Jira administrator, I structure projects, build automations, and train teams to use Agile workflows. I’ve used Jira change history to create delivery reporting and flagged timing and testing risks in a vendor implementation plan early enough to replan before go-live.
My software development background helps me follow technical discussions, identify risks, and share clear updates with non-technical stakeholders. I use Claude and Atlassian Rovo for reporting and analysis, and I’m comfortable working asynchronously with distributed teams.
