At FEmiN Frauen – Empowerment, I support women with migration histories on employment integration, administrative matters, and everyday questions. I also plan and run a weekly language café for mothers to support German language skills and social integration.
At Skopos Nova, I conducted qualitative user research and analyzed data to identify user needs. I also completed UX/UI design training with practical projects through StartSteps.
At the Lese- und Schreibzentrum at Universität Hildesheim, I supported AI-assisted text feedback and worked on data analysis and interview transcription. My master’s thesis explored intercultural awareness in development cooperation between Ghana and Germany.
My work has also included translation and interpreting for institutions, teaching, and social media content. I bring a background in language studies and intercultural communication, with foundations in user-centered design and usability testing.
