What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support individuals and diverse communities through psychological support, training, psychoeducation, and inclusive group workshops in multicultural settings.

I'm a psychologist and facilitator providing individual psychological support in private practice, both online and in person in Barcelona.

I've delivered emotional wellbeing, psychoeducation, harm reduction, and intercultural workshops with Creu Roja, ABD ONGD, Fundación Abrazo Cultural, the Consulate General of Colombia in Barcelona, and Colectivo Aquí y Ahora. I adapt activities and resources to the needs of diverse groups, including people affected by armed conflict and substance use services.

I also teach bilingual cooking classes at Cook and Taste, using shared experiences to foster social connection and cultural exchange. I bring a cross-cultural, adaptable approach to training, client support, and remote activity coordination.
