At Frengee, I own the architecture of Frengee One, a Node.js and TypeScript product serving 50+ Shopify stores. I tuned PostgreSQL queries and introduced cache-first reads, reducing the slowest inventory lookups from 5 seconds to 200 ms.
On a client platform for a global bicycle brand, I led six engineers and delivered support across four countries. Earlier, I managed delivery and careers for teams of up to 45 people, and built a Power BI dashboard that reduced quarterly bonus calculations from 1–2 weeks to under an hour.
