At SILOAM HOSPITALS GROUP, I designed and built an EMR-to-DMS document synchronization service as its solo developer. It processes 800+ documents daily across 34 hospital units, and server-side templating made generation about 3× faster.
I also led backend development of a Clinical Pathway compliance engine, delivering about 70% of its implementation. It automated protocol reviews against medical standards, replacing a fully manual audit process.
For the hospital platform, I optimized API and database performance with Redis caching and SQL tuning, reducing API latency from 300–400ms to about 100ms. I also implemented SignalR event streaming to replace polling and provide instant QR-code authentication and live updates.
Earlier, I developed backend and full-stack systems at PT XTREMAX TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA, UPTD TIKOMDIK DISDIK JABAR, PPTIK ITB, and POLITEKNIK POS INDONESIA. My work included REST APIs, SSO, data pipelines, Flutter applications, and a microservice-based Thesis Management System.
