I am in search of typing and data capturing side jobs. I prefer work given to me that requires me to type and giving me realistic deadlines

I am a dedicated Chef de Partie with over seven years of kitchen experience and a strong background in reception and administration. I consistently maintain high food safety standards and practice disciplined stock control and FIFO procedures.

I have prepared desserts, bakery items, starters and buffet stations across restaurants, bistros and catering operations, and I have experience in function preparation and food display presentation. My practical training includes City and Guilds certification in food preparation, pastry and food safety in catering.
