I am a final-year Bachelor of Social Science student majoring in Industrial Psychology and Management. My academic journey has fueled my passion for human resources, particularly in the areas of employee wellbeing, HR analytics, and recruitment. During my studies, I collaborated on a project focused on workplace stress and burnout, where we identified key symptoms and recommended effective stress management techniques.
