What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to apply my HR knowledge and contribute to employee wellbeing in a supportive and innovative environment.

I am a final-year Bachelor of Social Science student majoring in Industrial Psychology and Management. My academic journey has fueled my passion for human resources, particularly in the areas of employee wellbeing, HR analytics, and recruitment. I am eager to apply my knowledge in a real-world setting, where I can contribute to creating inclusive and efficient workplaces.

During my studies, I collaborated on a project focused on workplace stress and burnout, where we identified key symptoms and recommended effective stress management techniques. This experience honed my skills in teamwork and strategic thinking, and I am known for being organized, compassionate, and a quick learner. I am excited to leverage my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the HR field.
