What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage technology and people analytics to improve business performance.

I am a motivated and detail-oriented BCom graduate with internship experience in Human Capital and a growing skill set in data analytics. My journey has equipped me with the ability to manage HR functions effectively, conduct thorough research, and analyze data using tools like Excel and Tableau. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Currently, I am seeking opportunities to apply and grow my skills in HR, data analysis, or business support roles. My experience as a Human Capital Intern at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has allowed me to support end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. I have gained hands-on experience using PeopleSoft and Microsoft Excel for administrative tasks, and I am eager to leverage my knowledge to contribute to a dynamic team.
