Lukman Jiya

I’m an Operations/Support Officer with experience across field activities, assessments, and day-to-day administrative work. I excel at providing exceptional client service while handling challenging administrative and virtual tasks.

In my current role, I conduct participatory rural activities across communities in Niger State and manage NG-CSDA’s social media presence. Previously, I supported loan application workflows—filling applications, selecting applicants for interview, sending invitations, and evaluating business performance—while producing monthly repayment analysis using Excel.

Before that, I worked as a Sales Executive, turning clients into leads, arranging site tours for prospective clients, and promoting company products and services through online and offline advertising to improve sales results. I also volunteer as an independent monitor with WHO and have a long teaching background, which fuels my commitment to community development, women empowerment, and mentoring.
