What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to SAP S/4HANA Logistics projects, translating business requirements into scalable SD, MM, and EWM solutions. I’m ready to support DACH-market implementations using my German stakeholder experience.

At Amazon (Europe), I supported order-to-cash operations across European fulfilment channels, handling order lifecycle issues, delivery exceptions, and seller support aligned with SAP SD processes.

I also supported procure-to-pay and inventory workflows, including stock reconciliation, inbound shipment coordination, and product compliance checks for European requirements such as VAT and GPSR.

Across warehouse and fulfilment operations, I coordinated resolution of receiving errors, pick-and-pack failures, and transfer order discrepancies. I monitored fulfilment KPIs and escalated operational issues through structured case management.

I led requirements-gathering workshops, documented business and regulatory needs, and supported user adoption with guidance in English and German. I’m ready to contribute this operational experience and B2 German to SAP S/4HANA Logistics projects.
