What I'm looking for

I'm seeking senior legal opportunities in contracts, consulting, litigation, and dispute resolution, with interest in global remote roles or international in-person opportunities that support work authorization and relocation.

At my self-employed practice, I provide legal consulting and litigation services for individuals, small businesses, and associations. I draft, review, and negotiate service, fee, lease, and sale contracts, and prepare and negotiate judicial and extrajudicial settlements.

I handle civil, consumer, administrative, and social security matters from initial consultation through filings, hearings, negotiation, and resolution, as well as selected employment cases involving company defense. I manage case deadlines and documents using PJe and eproc, and hold an LLM in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
