At Tata Consultancy Services, I designed, developed, and supported enterprise applications for organizations including EY, Intel, ManpowerGroup, Adecco, and Citibanamex. I coordinated production support activities, mentored three new engineers, and improved troubleshooting processes to reduce incident resolution time.
I also designed and developed an enterprise transportation management platform for TrasladadoraRCC S.A. de C.V., covering logistics, vehicle transfers, payroll, and electronic invoicing. I designed its AWS architecture, developed the Angular frontend and PHP backend, and integrated REST APIs and Facturama; the platform remains in production.
