I have worked in different Legal areas, however I consider that my major achievements has been under Contracts, mainly reviewing, draft, provide Legal precise opinions, analyze and participate in mayor bidding procedures, providing legal validation on foreign documentation to fit the Mexican Legal System, providing Legal Translation (Spanish-English), provide legal Counsel to private and governmental institutions, to perform better Contracts, strategies and more effective biding instruments, reducing legal risks, misunderstanding terms aligned with the institution benefits and interests.
