I am a motivated Public Relations graduate interested in gaining practical experience in media relations, content creation, and event coordination. I currently have experience in customer-facing roles based in the retail sector where I acted as a deli service clerk and a professional baker. I have completed a Diploma in Public Relations and vocational qualifications in baking and hospitality, and I apply strong communication, time management and service skills to support team objectives.
I have gained hands-on training through a baking learnership and work-integrated learning in hospitality, and have performed front-of-house roles that strengthened my customer service, administration and merchandising abilities. I am eager to contribute storytelling and brand engagement skills to a forward-thinking organisation seeking to enhance public perception and drive engagement.
