What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead transmission or offshore wind O&M, applying predictive maintenance, rigorous H&S, and data-driven technical decisions to improve reliability, reduce costs, and build high-performing teams.

I bring extensive experience leading and supervising teams and contractors for the operation and maintenance of electrical assets, with a strong focus on predictive and condition-based approaches. I’m resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and collaborative—always aiming to deliver best technical solutions through efficient organisation.

In transmission and offshore wind, I supervise and coordinate transmission engineering scope and offshore Balance of Plant delivery. I provide technical assessments and approvals, review and update internal standards, support asset strategy and reporting, and help teams strengthen defect risk classification and maintenance recommendations.

Previously, at Endesa, I led maintenance planning and HV works (45kV to 132kV), commissioning condition-based maintenance tasks and improving availability up to 96%. I also authored company standards and delivered multi-year programs that increased productivity, reliability, and effectiveness while reducing costs and improving contractor response times.

I continuously strengthen my managerial and governance capabilities through qualifications including an MBA Energy, PMQ, and NEBOSH. I’m driven by measurable outcomes—cutting scheduled maintenance costs, reducing events through H&S engagement, and setting technical benchmarks across hubs—while building resilient teams that deliver safe, high-performance operations.
