At DataArt, I own design across consumer, private equity, banking and government-finance products. On a UK lottery platform, I reframed a usability brief around trust and, as sole designer and product-strategy owner, shaped the strategy and design behind 100K new users in three months and twice the client revenue.

For the lottery platform, I proposed and designed subscriptions, then expanded them from three tiers to four. I also helped launch Round-Up and Gift Cards, and redesigned cancellation to inform rather than obstruct.

On a UK private-equity investment platform, I reframed a screens-first brief with research, user journeys and a 100-plus-component Atomic design system. A two-day mid-fidelity prototype surfaced a navigation mismatch before the final sprint and helped avoid rework.

For a Saudi Arabia subsidized-financing app, I owned UX from zero to launch, including an eligibility check, an approval tracker and a bilingual English-Arabic design system. The process was 40% faster than paper, and 62% of applicants checked their status without support.
