What I'm looking for

I'm open to 100% remote roles where I can own hands-on system, infrastructure, and automation testing for complex cloud or hyperconverged products, while improving quality strategy and cross-functional delivery.

I've spent more than nine years at Syneto validating SynetoOS and cloud infrastructure workflows across VMware-based, multi-OS, physical and virtual environments.

I investigate production defects in client-like environments, reproduce failures, collect logs, and work with Development and Support to identify root causes. My testing spans exploratory, functional, end-to-end, smoke, regression, update, system, integration, usability, and hardware/software scenarios.

I modernized legacy Playwright E2E automation from Behave to pytest, building reusable fixtures and page objects for login, SLA, replication, and VM workflows. I also use AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate refactoring, debugging, and documentation while validating generated code against product behavior.

As Syneto's QA Lead, I owned QA strategy, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and day-to-day team coordination while remaining hands-on with release quality. Earlier, I built automated sanity tests for Nokia LTE eNodeB software and supported 3G/4G network integration and optimization projects.
