I've worked closely with leadership teams, C-level executives, and directors' committees throughout my career. From structuring complex financial deals at Interbank, one of Peru's leading banks, to driving capital raising and market entry strategy at Consultec, a SaaS company.

At Interbank, I managed a $375M corporate portfolio, coordinated syndicated loan transactions up to $130M across sectors like fishing and agribusiness, and regularly presented to Risk Committees and senior leadership to support credit approvals and strategic decisions. I increased client profitability by 20% through tailored banking solutions and consistently exceeded performance targets by 100%+ each quarter.

At Consultec, I led the full fundraising process, building pitch decks, organizing data rooms, and meeting with VC funds. I also spearheaded the U.S. market entry strategy in the CDFI sector, analyzing regulatory frameworks and defining the go-to-market approach in direct collaboration with the CEO.

Currently, I provide financial analysis and client advisory at The Hairceo, turning performance data into actionable recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
