@lucassouza4
I build cloud-native web systems and improve software quality through Agile, TDD, and engineering leadership.
What I'm looking for
At Maxeda DIY Group, I led the formation of a new Agile software development team that became fully operational in under three months, even during the forced shift to remote work.
I improve service stability by reducing technical debt, monitoring systems, and applying SRE practices. I work in a cloud-native AWS environment using Java, Spring, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, with a strong focus on automated testing and TDD.
Previously, I co-founded Cachalotes, a remote consultancy building digital products and solution designs for health organizations. I also delivered customized solutions as a Solutions Architect at IOS Informática, where I recruited 20 developers and helped develop six interns into skilled professionals.
Across Java, PHP, and web-development teams, I’ve introduced CI pipelines, Jenkins, Sonar quality gates, Docker, Agile practices, Coding Dojos, and TDD training. I enjoy helping teams adopt stronger architecture and software-craft practices.

This was my second university attempt. I had a great start but I also started to work too early and I didn't fully engage studies. I abandoned this course 2 years after I started. This is one of my most dolorous failures.
