Enterprise systems that “just work” don’t modernize themselves. Someone has to understand the legacy code, design the migration path, and execute without breaking what’s running in production.

That’s what I do: I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 20+ years turning complex legacy systems into modern, maintainable architectures. Currently at NTT DATA, I build enterprise solutions for the European Commission, including regulatory systems serving all 27 EU member states and global suppliers.

What I deliver: Modernized 4 mission-critical applications for EU institutions, migrating 19 legacy screens to Angular and designing 23 REST APIs that reduced integration issues across distributed teams.

Reduced software defects by 9% by pioneering AI-assisted development, using AI coding tools to accelerate reviews, expand test coverage, and uphold code quality at scale.

Built systems for Brazil’s largest financial institutions, including credit-risk platforms processing R$488.4M annually and document management handling 2M+ daily documents.

My stack: Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, Angular, REST APIs, Docker. I work across the full lifecycle with a strong focus on code quality, Spec-Driven Development, Domain-Driven Design, Test-Driven Development, and establishing standards that teams maintain for years.
