At Belo Horizonte City Hall, I lead technical work across 40+ data projects serving 173 public healthcare units. I built end-to-end solutions for waiting-list optimization, absenteeism prediction, hospitalization risk, and healthcare regulation analysis using RAG-based multi-agent AI.
I published a public healthcare transparency dashboard that lets citizens track their SUS waiting-list position and has received more than 60,000 accesses. My absenteeism model achieved 0.87+ ROC-AUC, 0.77+ PR-AUC, and 90% recall among the top 10% of highest-risk predictions.
I've also trained roughly 300 students in Power BI, Power Query, and data analytics through a course I founded at Gorceix Foundation, and published predictive-algorithm research at mechanical engineering congresses.
