Lucas Castro

I’m a software developer and Computer Engineering student focused on AI agents and automation. I build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that connect LLMs (Claude) to databases and WSDL/SOAP services, and I develop agents that automate concrete processes and tasks.

In my current IT Analyst role (from IT Assistant) at SOMIL S.A., I built MCP servers enabling agents for processes and queries across heterogeneous systems. I also developed automations for operational workflows (production reports, invoice registration) and created data dashboards using Metabase and Node-RED, working with CakePHP, PHP, Python, and MySQL.

I bring production experience in Computer Vision with my own models (CNN, OpenCV, TensorFlow) connected to traceability systems, and I’ve complemented this with full-stack development using Next.js, React, and CakePHP. My featured projects include a hierarchical orchestrator multi-agent system, a CNN-based part orientation classifier, and automation-driven web/CRM work for SMEs.
