What I'm looking for

A remote Data Analyst / BI role (full-time; contractor or employee) where I can own data end to end: ETL, data modeling, KPIs and dashboards that drive revenue and financial decisions. Most interested in fintech, payments and transaction data. Based in Brazil (GMT-3), with working-hours overlap with US and European teams, and advanced English.

At Truther RezolvePay, I’m building the data function for a crypto-payments fintech, connecting transaction systems across crypto, PIX, and banking. I design ETL pipelines and model financial flows, including revenue, fees, and transaction behavior.

I create business metrics and analytical layers for PIX, crypto, and smartlink products, and build dashboards for financial performance and marketing analytics. I also work to improve data reliability by identifying inconsistencies across databases.

At Vitru Education, I managed performance indicators and financial projections for planning and strategic decisions. I designed and monitored KPIs, developed forecasts and variance analysis, and contributed to an educational initiative centered on practical consulting projects.

At Komeco, I built and consolidated a performance dashboard with 40+ KPIs and structured raw data into analytical models. I also developed a supplier funnel and used external industry data to support analysis and sourcing decisions.
