Lubena Awan
@lubenaawan
Product Manager moving from product design into product management; co-founded Raunaq and grew its events from 60 to 150 guests.
What I'm looking for
At Urban Sports Club, I redesigned the pricing module across seven countries and helped launch new subscription bundles, aligning marketing, development and sales. At Zenjob, I turned a retention goal into a gamified rewards feature for its student app, and at Akelius I designed an internal tool for property managers across Scandinavian markets.
I co-founded Raunaq after researching Berlin’s cultural scene, finding a co-founder and testing our first event as an MVP. Four events later, attendance had grown from 60 to 150, the business had moved from breakeven to profit, and its Instagram audience had reached almost 2,000 followers with no paid promotion. I’m now moving into product and project management, supported by Google’s Agile Essentials and IBM’s Product Management certification; I use AI tools for research, synthesis and prototyping.
