I've coordinated end-to-end logistics processes across Nokia and DHL Global Forwarding, managing orders, shipment documentation, delivery schedules, and customer communication.

At Nokia, I booked purchase orders in SAP, coordinated activities through delivery and invoicing, worked with logistics vendors and warehouse teams, and helped ensure customer orders arrived within agreed timeframes. I also maintained Excel trackers to improve visibility across team activities.

At DHL Global Forwarding, I supported shipping quotes and pricing, administered customer portals, and managed shipments including refrigerated pharmaceutical orders.

I'm now supporting front desk operations at Bidvest Noonans, coordinating access, contractors, maintenance issues, meetings, deliveries, and collections while maintaining accurate logs and incident reports.
