At Verizon, I stood up FP&A for the ~$10B Value Segment after the Tracfone acquisition, building the initial consolidated financial model and integrating 10 acquired prepaid brands into corporate shared services. I also owned a $135M annual labor budget and ran zero-based budgeting.
I proposed and led a cost center restructuring at Verizon that remapped or created about 400 cost centers and eliminated offline allocation models. I also built a consolidated Qlik dashboard for centrally managed services, replacing manual file distribution with real-time self-service reporting.
At EisnerAmper, I owned Global OpEx planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and executive reporting using Workday Adaptive Planning, and presented analysis and recommended actions to the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team. I built AI-enabled workflows with Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot that eliminated 30+ hours of monthly manual work.
At FIS, I led budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, supported M&A diligence and integration tracking, and owned product-level P&L for BancPac core software and the Ancillary and Shared Services product line. I’m an active CPA with an MBA and have also supported ERP migration, software capitalization, and revenue recognition work.
