At Cozzini Bros, I was the company's first FP&A analyst, building budgeting and forecasting templates from scratch and running the annual budget, rolling forecast, and three-year plan with business leaders. I also built a pricing and market-penetration model projecting $8.1M in revenue upside and a 4-point EBITDA margin gain; the CRO adopted it company-wide.
I worked with the PE sponsor's Data Science team to fix source data and build datasets using SQL, dbt, and BigQuery. I also redesigned the KPI framework and executive dashboards, and automated reporting to cut the post-close cycle from 10 days to 4.
Most recently, at Fleet Fellowship, I served as an FP&A subject-matter expert for an AI lab, building benchmark forecasts, scenario models, and business cases. I tested AI-generated operating models, investment memos, and board materials for accuracy and decision usefulness.
