What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to grow in the medical field, particularly in pediatrics, where I can apply my skills and passion for helping children.

I am a dedicated college student pursuing a career in medicine, specifically as a pediatrician. My journey began at the University of Central Oklahoma, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in General Studies with a minor in Biology. My academic background has equipped me with a solid foundation in the sciences, and I excelled in subjects like Math, English, and Sciences during high school.

Throughout my experiences, I have developed strong verbal communication skills and a collaborative spirit. My role as a medical scribe at ScribeAmerica has allowed me to immerse myself in the medical field, working closely with healthcare professionals at Family Medicine Center and GI/Oncology Stephenson’s Cancer Center. I take pride in my attention to detail and my ability to learn quickly, which has been essential in my volunteer work in various healthcare settings, including the ER at Integris Hospital.

In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am passionate about community service. I have volunteered with organizations such as the Cavett Kids Foundation, where I provided support to children undergoing treatment, and the Oklahoma Food Bank, where I helped distribute food to those in need. I believe that my diverse experiences, combined with my eagerness to learn and grow, will make me a valuable asset in the medical field.
